1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between Jalandhar Dental Lab ("the Laboratory") and dental professionals ("the Client") who use our services. By placing an order with Jalandhar Dental Lab, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Jalandhar Dental Lab provides dental prosthetic fabrication services exclusively to licensed dental professionals. All restorations are fabricated according to the specifications, impressions, and prescriptions provided by the prescribing dentist.

3. Prescriptions & Clinical Responsibility

The prescribing dentist bears full clinical responsibility for the prescription, impression quality, bite records, and final restoration placement. Jalandhar Dental Lab fabricates restorations strictly per the submitted prescription. Any errors resulting from incorrect prescriptions, poor impressions, or incorrect shade selection are the responsibility of the prescribing dentist.

4. Order Placement

All orders must be accompanied by a complete laboratory prescription form.
Impressions must be properly disinfected before submission.
Jalandhar Dental Lab reserves the right to reject impressions deemed inadequate for fabrication.
Shade selection must be clearly indicated; Jalandhar Dental Lab is not responsible for shade discrepancies arising from poor shade communication.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times are as communicated at the time of order. Jalandhar Dental Lab will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete prescriptions, unclear specifications, or courier delays.

6. Remakes & Adjustments

Remakes due to laboratory error will be carried out at no charge, provided the original case materials are returned within 7 days.
Remakes due to clinical error, patient preference, or incorrect prescription will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Adjustments requested after cementation are not covered under the remake policy.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the agreed billing cycle. Jalandhar Dental Lab reserves the right to withhold delivery of work in the case of overdue accounts. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

8. Warranty

Jalandhar Dental Lab warrants all restorations against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery, subject to proper handling and placement. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper occlusal loading, patient habits, accidents, or clinical mishandling.

9. Infection Control

Clients are required to disinfect all impressions, models, and prosthetic items before submission to Jalandhar Dental Lab. We follow strict infection control protocols in our laboratory in compliance with applicable health regulations.

10. Confidentiality

Jalandhar Dental Lab treats all patient information with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Patient identifiable information submitted must be limited to what is necessary for fabrication.

11. Intellectual Property

All digital designs, milling files, and proprietary processes used by Jalandhar Dental Lab remain the exclusive intellectual property of the laboratory.

12. Limitation of Liability

Jalandhar Dental Lab's liability in any circumstance is limited to the cost of the restoration in question. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our restorations.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jalandhar Dental Lab operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

Jalandhar Dental Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
