All-on-4 Full Arch

Jalandhar Dental Lab provides complete All―on―4 and full―arch implant restoration fabrication services. From the provisional acrylic prosthesis to the final monolithic zirconia or hybrid ceramic framework, we manage every stage of the digital full―arch workflow.

Our full―arch restorations are designed using advanced digital planning software, ensuring precise fit to the multi―unit abutments and optimal occlusal scheme. We fabricate both screw―retained acrylic provisionals and definitive high―strength zirconia full―arch prostheses.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

For a complete All-on-4 workflow, we typically require: panoramic radiograph, CBCT scan (for planning), primary impressions or intraoral scan with multi-unit abutment scan bodies, bite registration (CR or MIP), face-bow transfer, vertical dimension records, lip support and aesthetic photographs, and a detailed prescription specifying shade, tooth mould, and any gingival colour requirements.
Yes. Jalandhar Dental Lab manages the complete All-on-4 workflow. We fabricate the immediate loading acrylic provisional prosthesis (fixed or removable during healing) and the definitive monolithic zirconia or hybrid ceramic full-arch prosthesis. We work closely with the clinician through each stage of the protocol.
The definitive full-arch prosthesis is most commonly fabricated in monolithic high-strength zirconia, which offers exceptional durability, excellent aesthetics, and ease of maintenance. Hybrid ceramic (acrylic or composite teeth on a PEEK or titanium framework) is an alternative for specific clinical or patient requirements. We will advise based on your case.
Yes. Full-arch zirconia prostheses can be fabricated with pink zirconia gingival sections to replace lost gingival tissue and provide natural aesthetics, particularly in cases with significant bone loss. Please specify the extent of gingival replacement needed on the prescription.
We strongly recommend a framework try-in appointment before porcelain application or final completion. At the try-in stage, we can verify passive fit using the Sheffield one-screw test or Misch's screw test, assess aesthetics and phonetics with the wax try-in teeth, and confirm vertical dimension and occlusion before any irreversible steps.
