Do you include gel reservoirs in the bleaching trays? +

Yes, reservoirs are included by default. We create small, precisely shaped reservoirs on the facial surfaces of each tooth compartment of the tray. Reservoirs prevent premature gel displacement when the tray is seated, maintaining maximum contact between the whitening gel and the tooth surface throughout the treatment period. Reservoir-free trays are available on request.

What material is used for bleaching trays? +

Our bleaching trays are vacuum-formed from 1 mm thick clear, soft vinyl ethylene acetate (EVA) sheets. This provides a precise fit with comfortable flexibility. The clear material allows the clinician to verify gel fill and coverage without removing the tray.

How long do custom bleaching trays last? +

With proper care, custom bleaching trays can last 1–2 years or longer. They should be rinsed with cool water after each use and stored in the provided case. The tray should be replaced if there are any tears or if a significant change in the dentition has occurred (e.g., new restorations, extractions).

Do I need to send impressions of both arches? +

Please send impressions for any arch you want trays fabricated for. If trays are needed for both upper and lower arches (which is common), please send both. We will fabricate separate trays for each arch.
